Review content:
I noticed a noise coming from the front of the car. I looked up the number of DeNooyer Chevrolet on the internet. I didn't realize there were two.
I arrived at DeNooyer at 5:45 (after service was closed). The first person I talked to was Jeff Wells who realized I was at teh wrong DeNooyer. After I explained the situation, he told me not to woryy. He had Dave Kemper get the paper work for a loaner vehicle. The following morning, John VanDyke contacted me and arranged for my vehicle ot be repaired. Then John stayed late to make sure I could pick up my vehicle after work!
You should be proud of the teamwork and client care these employees exhibit. They are a fine example of a dealership at its best and most caring. Should I ever need repair in this part of the stat again, I will always remember DeNooyer in Holland.
