I had an unusually positive experience with three very nice young people. The salesman, Robert Chadorowski, although a VW guy normally, was very knowledgeable on the Odyssey and is an exceptional salesman. He instilled confidence right from the beginning. You see, I really wasn't planning to trade cars that day. The Finance guy, Jason Schroeder, is a pro for such a young man. He's about as steady as anyone that has worked with me over the years. The delivery person, Natalia Cavagnaro, was very professional with me. She went over board making sure that I understood the features of the Odyssey's features that I hadn't used before. I enjoyed working with the TEAM and I would definitely put a friend in my vehicle and take them to see these people with every confidence that they would have a similiar experience to what I had.
