Let me preface what I say by telling you that you're getting what you pay for or maybe even a little more than what you're paying for. They offer pretty good packages for engagement pictures which include a wedding gown & tux rentals. We were pretty happy with the engagement pictures we got - it took pretty much the whole day and we had an indoor and 3 outdoor location shoots at locations in San Francisco. However, you need to be upfront when you talk about/negotiate your package and make sure they give you everything you ask for. If you don't, you might end up not getting everyting or waiting longer than they promised. If you're okay with that and aren't counting on getting your album delivered by a certain time, then you can get a really good value for engagement photos.
