I'm embarrassed to say it but our family has been in this situation several times now and it has always been stressful. We had some other bondsman help us before but he was rude and he really didn't care. It took hours to even get a call back and he was unwilling to be flexible about anything. You were the total opposite. You made me feel better about the whole process, you answered your messages immediately and you really cared about the well being of our family. I feel like I have someone I can trust if this ever happens again. Thank you.
