What does one look for when purchasing garage door operators? If you’re like me you want one for a reasonable price. You don't want to mortgage your home in order to get into your home. I want a garage door operator that works everyday without problems. Finally, I want good customer service. I want to be able to call and speak to a human being. I really do not like talking to a computer or punching a bunch of numbers to get to where I need to go. I want a person I can talk to who understands me and I can understand them. To me customer service by in large has declined. I want quality customer service for a reasonable price. I don't think that is a lot to ask. I am happy that with this company I have found all the things that I desired and more.
