Good Afternoon Rick,
I just wanted to take the time to let you know the day had come and I asked my now fiance to marry me last Thursday. After she could finally see thru the tears of joy, her eyes finally came to land on the diamond ring that I bought from you.
Her reaction = priceless.
She was thoroughly blown away by the sheer beauty, brilliance, and size of the ring, and stated that she could not have done any better if she had hand-picked it herself. I, myself, am still amazed at the beauty of the diamond, and to say it looks thoroughly amazing on her finger would be an understatement. I also wanted you to know how easily you made the entire experience so "Stress Free". I began looking for an engagement ring several months ago, and it was with your professional and friendly service that I was able to find "the diamond" which I am sure that we will cherish forever. There was nothing more that I wanted then to ensure that Lacey received a ring that she would be proud to wear and show for the rest of our lives together, and I truly believe that we accomplished this. At no time, did I ever feel like I was being forced in to a sale, but rather that you were providing me with your opinion and expertise which helped me make the decision of a lifetime. Your professionalism and at-ease attitude made the entire experience the easiest of a lifetime, which is far from what I had been enduring with the other places that I had visited in the past. I must also say that I am continually amazed by the quality of the diamond, and the sheer brilliance is simply "blinding".
