Review content:
I brought my vehicle here to get four new tires and to have an alignment done. First they damaged my rims trying to do the alignment; they were unable to do an alignment at all on my car.
This led me to the dealer with a shaky steering wheel and a bad alignment.
Once I had the dealer looking at my vehicle they noted that my wheels were not balanced correctly (something Fleet Farm should have done correctly in the first place). I ended up forking out $45 to have the dealer balance my tires correctly and now my car no longer shakes at highway speeds.
My alignment was really out of whack as well; it really surprised me that these guys were unable to do something as simple as an alignment considering its their specialty (tires and suspension).
I will never return to this place for any automotive work. Had they done an acceptable job on this project I might have started getting oil changes and regular maintenance done.
I do not recommend this place to anyone for automotive repairs/maintenance.
