Businiess name:  The French Bakery

Review content:
I have never had a better almond croissant and if you have just one thing there, that is the thing to eat! Don't let the location fool you, it's comparable to what I've had at four star hotels in Las Vegas. In their statement on the website of the Crossroads mall www.crossroadsbellevue.com/directory/the-french-bakery says " All our products are made from scratch using time honored recipes. We never have more than a week's supply of any ingredient, be it butter, flour, or chocolate. We have never used trans fats. Since everything is handmade, products may vary slishtly[sic] in weight and appearance from one day to the next. We only produce enough for each night's deliveries and for our locations. At the end of each day all leftovers are carefully packed and handed out to local charities." One of my closest friends who despises almond extract and the fillings typically found in almond croissants had a bit of one of these and loved it! Their tarts are quite delectable too. One can also get Challah here, which for some reason isn't always easy to find around Bellevue.
