Unfortunately my husband (while doing some yard work) set a pair of scissors on our AC unit out side, and the scissors were pulled through the grate, and punctured the tubes inside that held the freon. We called several AC places, and all of them gave us a time table of 2-3 days before they could be here. ACR were super nice, they came out that day and fixed the problem for less money than the other places has quoted us. The gentleman who came out was very friendly, and we will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them.
