$9.99 carpets was good and very fast. The technician was very polite and courteous and helped out with certain tips on how wood stained furniture leaks into your carpet if it gets wet which i didn't know. The technician seemed very professional and very friendly and really was very nice. I found the company to be very reasonable for the job they did and they take off money for anyone seeking for them to come again. I like to thank Ryan he is great ask for him. Miriam E
