Review content:
Our front load washer quit working last month and we needed it fixed pronto. Sears quoted us 6 days to get someone out, so we called around and Paul's Service made an appointment with us first thing the next morning. If they say they'll be out between 10 and 12, make sure you're ready to receive them at 9:59! At first it seemed our motor had quit and they tried replacing it, but when that one also didn't work they figured out that the control board was failing and arranged to come back the next morning with the new part. They did not charge us for the time spent troubleshooting the board, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely use them again the next time I need a repair.?
