Good: This was so easy to get hooked on! Not only does this stuff taste like a million bucks, it actually works. I lost 12 pounds in 60 days! Wow! I work out 5x a week and have never seen the pounds just melt away! 70+ vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, 17g of protein, prebiotics, digestive enzymes. This shake helps reduce cholesterol, is filling and helps sustain a a feeling of fullness! Its the healthiest meal of my day! I absolutley LOVE this stuff!. Bad: Not one thing I can say bad about it. There is another flavor called Greenberry that has a earthy wheatgrassy subtle taste but add a splash of oj, almond milk, and cinnamon oh boy! One scoop has only 140 calories...how do they make something taste so creamy so devilish you think you are drinking a real milkshake. The benefits like increased natural energy, the extra umph! to get through those workouts, the feeling of health right at your fingertips! Did I mention I LOVE this product!. Improvements: I would like to see a vanilla flavor come out for those that aren't as big of chocolate fans as I am (how that is I do not know!).
