I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, effiecient, respectful and did a wonderful job not only installing my hot water heater but also at educating me on what my options were, as well as their relevance. I purchased the hot water heater from Home Depot and was a little worried due to a complaint I heard while in their store. However, once I contacted Fast Water Heater Company (they do the install for Home Depot, as well as Lowes, PSE and many other companies) I was completely at ease. I am a single female and was not taken advantage of at all be being forced, co-oerced or unknowingly persuaded into buying any additional services I may not have needed. As I said, the installer, Gordon, did a phenominal job of showing me my options, explaining their relevance to my specific installation situation, and letting ME choose what I wanted to do now. I will be calling them in the future when Tacoma gets around to changing my curbside water access, to install a new expansion tank on my hot water heater. I have complete faith and comfort in knowing that I can call them at any time with questions I might have. In Tacoma, a permit is required as well. Fast did a great job setting me up perfectly. All I had to do was call the number they gave me to set up an appointment with an inspector. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to everyone! I was completely at ease for my vacation I left on two days after my installation. I knew there were no issues pending or anything nagging at my conscience reguarding my hot water heater. Thanks to Fast...especially Gordon!
