Review content:
Dr. Allen and his staff have been so welcoming and enthusiastic. Nikki always greets me with a friendly smile and is so accommodating when scheduling appointments “the soonest” possible, as we joke. Katrina, Wendy, Lani, Hannah, and Kristen threat me with respect and always make procedures as comfortable as possible. Dr. Allen has been able to repair what he refers to as the “pre-historic orthodontic work” I had done when I was a teenager. He referred me to a wonderful orthodontic surgeon and has been incredibly sensible to the timeline I had. Dr. Allen has delivered on every promise he has made; I am now less than two months away from having my braces off and I could not be happier with the results (I started 16 months ago – he said “18-24 months”). I love seeing so many adult patients walk into Dr. Allen’s office and have noticed how well he and his staff meet the needs of both children and adults. My dental insurance does not cover the costs of braces, but Dr. Allen was able to work a very comfortable payment plan, making the process a possibility. If you are a working adult playing with the idea of getting orthodontic work done, I encourage you to meet with Dr. Allen, I am so glad I did.
