This place did not live up to my wife's and my standards. They are far too large to give any kind of personal care. You walk in as a number, that's all. There is very little continuity among their large staff of MD's. My wife had some problems and the on-call MD from NFWC didn't even bother to read her medical history and profile. What's worse, when I began to realize he knew nothing about my wife's medical history or current condition (despite the fact that she had been a patient with their office for over two years, and was 18 weeks pregnant with a fetus that was likely to not live) and I asked whether particular RELEVANT information was in her medical file, he said "no." Ten minutes later, a staff MD from TMH came in our room - she had read my wife's file going back 10 years and knew more about her history (including what I quizzed the NFWC MD on) than the NFWC MD. So the NFWC MD not only didn't do his homework, he lied to us. How can you trust such a person, MD or otherwise? If you want to be treated like you have a bar code slapped across your forehead, go to NFWC. If you care about your health and the health of your baby, find an OB-GYN that doesn't have a Wal-Mart/Sam's Club world view!
