SOOO I go into this dentist for a routine check up...they do x-rays...two seconds later the dentist walks in pokes around my mouth and says I have a cavity. I ask if this is the only one? she says she doesn't know I need a cleaning to tell? OK I thought thats what X-rays are for. I had this feeling she didn't look at the x-rays but ok they are the experts right???
She starts drilling and half way through hurting me STOPS and says this is a bad cavity why didn't you come in sooner...you need a root canal and your insurance won't cover it! Tells me I either pay $600 bucks for a root canal or change insurance!! Ummm whaaat??? Then with my face now throbbing (it wasn't before she touched me) puts a temporary filling and sends me on my way!!! She says I may be in alot of pain and temporary filling may fall out!! What I don't understand is WHY wasn't I told any of this before they started on my teeth? Doesn't the Xray show how bad a cavity is? And last but not least after calling MY INSURANCE MYSELF I fiind out that they will cover it with a referral!! SOOO now I changed dentist am in pain and must wait till at least Tuesday to speak with ANYONE!!!
OHHH and when they started drilling and stopped they start to talk to each other in another foreign language. Its rude and unprofessional and It makes me think you are up to something. ALL this coming from someone who speaks a second language!!
WORD TO THE WISE STAY AWAY!!
I felt scammed!!
And I just found out they did the same thing to a friend of mine...uuugh If I only knew...
Now I have pain and temporary filling!!!
THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!!! GRRR!!!
