Review content:
I had my hair cut, colored and styled there. Within 30 minutes of leaving the salon appointment my scalp started burning. It was awful. I didn't know what was going on! I went home and after 20 minutes under the shower my head starting feeling less in pain. I calle the salon and spoke to Jeanie who did not do the work but is the boss. She was suspicious of me like I did something wrong asking me what I did to my hair! After I went a little crazy she said she would give me a credit for another appointment and a massage. I demanded my money back and after several minutes Jeanie finally and not very friendly gave me a refund. It's been 2 weeks since the appointment and my hair has been brittle and has started coming out. Another salon said I could lose quit a bit of hair before it starts to come back. I'm thinking of suing this salon. How can they be allowed to treat people like this and get away with it? Never use them.
Pros: ZERO
Cons: Terrible work, rude, unprofessional
