n my opinion, find somewhere else to go! In my case, while the car was in for repairs they broke the key off in the ignition. If Apple had an ethical and responsible repair shop they would have simply repaired the damage they caused. This what Apple did. In the body of a 3 page repair bill, under an item labelled 107580, they reported they had broken the key off inside the ignition. Shame on me, I didn't actually read the repair bill word for word. Of course, no one verbally informed me of the damage at the time I picked up the car. In our the case, unfortunately, the damaged key would still start the car. We only realize the damage days later when a duplicate key wouldn't start the car. When I called them they simply refused to fix the damage claiming 1) they had "informed" us of the damage when we picked up the car and 2) the key was just "weak" and simply broke (never in my life has a key ever "just broke" unless forced). Long story short, if they are this creative in refusing to fix damage they caused, imagine how creative they can be when billing you for a complex repair. Pros: N/A Cons: Unethical and deceptive
