I purchased a banner on Monday, 5/10/10 to be used at a party on 5/14/10. Arrived to pick it up, it was not there and the order was not even at the store. The managers that evening blamed the mishap on a new cashier. My funds were refunded, but the graduate still does not have their banner. On today, Tuesday, the reason was then blamed on a customer that removed the papers in the store, or gathered them up like they were hers. The orders were returned on Saturday, late after the fact. I am very angry with JoAnn Fox and her employees because I asked that she still make the banner. She says becasue she gave the refund that is all she would do. If you have any work ethics or if your business is people friendly, you would give me the banner that should have been given on Friday. Customers looking for banners, take your business else where. JoAnn Fox is not concerned about the true ethics that come along with customer satisfaction. Pros: My money was refunded. Cons: The store did not hold up to their end of the bargain.
