My job requires that I travel out of town often, so getting a time for them to come when I was going to be in town proved impossible. I reluctantly agreed to have them come when just my wife would be home. I wanted to see them work so I could see what work they did.
As it turns out, according to my wife, they were terrific and though they ran into an unexpected obstacle (a root bound valve) that required extra work, they made sure she knew what was going on before they continued. My three hour job ended up taking six ours, but they totally fixed it. My system is like new now.
Throughout the Atlantis Team was courteous and professional. My wife even had to leave before they were done, leaving them access to the garage. She never worried about anything and was very comfortable dealing with them. Great job.
