Review content:
We used Burke Family Catering for my daughter's wedding in September 2007. I cannot say enough good things about this family owned and run company. First of all, the food was great. I received numerous compliments on the quality of food, both appetizers and dinner. We had about 165 people served buffet style. Through our tasting, I knew the food was good, but expected it would not be quite as good served in volume via buffet. I was wrong! The food was as good or even better than what they provided at our tasting. Besides great food, the service was wonderful as well. The owners (Steve & Cindy) went out of their way to make this a memorable and beautiful occasion for our family. Every single person (mostly their family) working with them was pleasant and truly seemed happy to be there. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and hope they are available in 10 years when my younger daughter is ready for marriage!
Pros: Great food, great service
Cons: I can't think of even one!
