On June 19th, I was fortunate enough to have been a guest at a Bat Mitzvah at the Irvine Nature Center. There was a separate area for the adult cocktail hour. I could have made a meal off of the food served then. Peking duck, lamb chops, crab balls, jumbo shrimp, tuna tartare and more. Everything was sooooo flavorful. Each server had an assistant to collect the toothpicks, napkins, etc. Wow! That was new to me. At the main party, there were stations, each of which had its own theme: Chinese, Italian, Jewish deli, and more. The staff was courteous and very efficient. My next party will be a classy one by Classic. Great job. The other aspects of the party were awesome too. Colorful, great DJ with great participation. Kids and adults had a fabulous time.
