Shannon was my salesman he spent a great deal of time with me, and I never felt rushed. Professionally, Shannon is knowledgeable, informative, and honest. Personally, he is very kind, friendly, and patient. All of these qualities made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right choice. When the car was ready, Shannon went outside ont the cold (very cold and windy) to explain all the different features. He examined the car bumper to bumper and waxed out each and every tiny spot. I plan on returning to Universal Toyota to purchase any future vehicles with Shannon's help. I traded in a Corolla for another Corolla and I LOVE IT! Thanks for a wonderful car-buying experience
