They offer a pretty good puppy plan which includes all the necessary shots and a neuter/spay plus free unlimited visits for a year for one, upfront fee. They make your next appointment before you leave and they send out reminder cards and are good about keeping you on track. I thought the staff was pretty friendly and informative. They were also pretty accommodating to emergency appointments when we got worried about our pup. We brought both of our puppies there to get neutered/spayed and get their shots. They are always very upfront about costs, which I like, and they always go over all the alternatives. It's a pretty good plan, and you do end up saving a good amount of money. We stopped going just because they were kinda far from us and we stopped going to north county as much.
