If you are looking for great deals on flowers, Potato Joe's is the place to go. You can buy a flat of perennials for $19.00. Granted they are small but the next year they come back and grow into the same size plant you would pay $4.00 plus at other stores. We go there every year and have had nothing but great luck with everything we have bought there. they carry annuals, perennials and I believe herbs and vegetable plants for gardens.
