Review content:
COSI has some of the best salads around and I enjoy their food but it amazes me how dirty this place can get. One evening my wife and I stopped by for a light dinner before getting on the train for NYC...we literally had to walk over garbage on the floor. Table tops were equally filthy. I located the manager on duty and told them they should be ashamed of themselves. Her excuse to me was that they don't have any busboys! THATS IT? You don't hire people to keep you restaurant clean and I should be satisfied with that answer? When I explained that the County Health Department doesn't care who they hire either it took about 30 seconds before the She started to clean the tables herself. I think she realized there was no excuse for letting thing get that bad. I only order take out now, and hope for the best. Wait till you see the bathroom!
