These guys are top notch! I was have a terrible time with carpenter ants in my home. No matter what I tried to get rid of those pesky things I could not eliminate them. i tried various store bought products and some home concoctions that my neighbors sore by, but nothing seemed to work and they were wreaking havoc on my home and giving me the willies if I was to be completely honest. I called quite a few companies and many of them had me talking to random secrectaries and wanted me to set up sales appointments where someone came out with the sole purpose of selling me these contracts.
I called this company and was given a technician right away to speak with. He was able to answer my questions on the spot and give me a firm quote over the phone. He explained what services he woudl need to preform and what additional services and contracts he offed with no pressure to the sale. He also set an appoint for the following morning came out to take care of the problem. Within 10 minutes was able to tell me exactly what the issue was and why. He treated the property for the quoted amount, told me what needed to be done to limit future issues and spoke intelligently and respectably while being friendly and genuine.
I recommend this company to everyone. They are wonderful and have definitely sold me. I will never use another company for any pest control need again. They are my go-to-guys for any pest control needs.
