I've used Charlotte Door Lock Inc
twice now, and both times the service couldn't have been better. The first was an emergency, where my keys were stuck in the lock. Jack knew what the problem was before he even touched the keys, and I had no problem after that. Second time was moving into a new home, where John re-keyed the doors. Set up the appointment ahead of time, heard from him before he got there, and he was exactly on time. Thanks guys!
