Businiess name:  Saturn Cafe

Saturn Cafe is a funky vegetarian restaurant with a very Santa Cruzian vibe. Each table is adorned with past memorabilia or eclectic things to view while eating. There is a mini juke box available to listen to your favorite music while you wait or eat. There are plenty of appetizers, and most or all are under 10 bucks! There are a variety of soups including an interesting lime tortilla soup. There are several different vegetarian entrees available for every taste. One is a plate of soy flautas with rice and beans, which is under $10. A favorite of mine is the famous vegan nachos which can be purchased in a mini appetizer form for about $4 or an entree for about $7. The entree is a generous portion of chips, salsa, guacamole, black beans, black olives, and a delicious tofu spread. Many vegetarian sandwiches and burgers are available including the Chick Parm, which is a vegetarian chicken pattie on a francese bun complete with your choice of thick or thin fries. The best part of the menu is the dessert choices, where a few come in mini and full sizes. My favorite is the Big Bang, which is a sundae with vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, hot fudge, and whipped cream. A fantastic end to an incredibly original vegetarian meal.
