I went to these guys after being told that my computer could not be fixed by 3 other stores in Wichita. The 3 other stores wanted me to just trash my laptop and buy a new one. So I gave one more store a shot, I went to Gorilla PC and I was greeted immediately and they were very friendly. When I told them about my experience with the other stores they smiled and told me that they would have it fixed by the end of the day. 3 hours later they called me and it was fixed. My bill was under $100 and since the other shops wanted me to spend $300 + on a new laptop I was happy to spend under $100 to breathe the life back into mine. Very pleased with the company and they way they do business and if you haven't already given them a try you definately should.
