I just recently started a lease with JMH in Fairmount and now i wish to god I had not. The place was in terrible condition and not ready when my lease started and was absolutely filthy. I complained to the JMH and they sent someone out right away who simply did a quick one-two and the place was still pretty dirty. they had clearly not touched the windows which had huge accumulations of dust and cobwebs. I am by no means a neat freak and even i was appalled. People were painting inside on the day i moved in which was a good 4 days after my lease began. I dont find them to be extremely difficult to deal with but i get the sense they will rip you off if you give them the chance and they dont take a lot of pride in the properties they manage. I would avoid them at all costs
