Dear NYC Plumbing, I am writing to tell you how happy I am with the work that your technician Shane D did at my house . My toilet had overflowed due to my seven year-old son flushing crayons down the toilet. Shane came in and was able to identify the problem, and offer a solution immediately. What really impressed me though is that, before proceeding, he offered a quote up front to me. I did not agree with the price at first, and he then offered me a 10% discount, which I was thrilled with. It is rare that you find a Plumbing compony in nyc that is willing to discount their prices in order to accommodate their customers. I just want to let you know that I will DEFINITELY use your company again, and I will tell all of my friends to do so as well. Thank you and have a great day! Yours truly, Don Wilson
