As you can see from the letterhead, my husband and I are business owners. Like you, as an employer, we are always interested in hearing comments about or employees. On some occasions, it might be constructive criticism, and on other more pleasant occasions, it is positive feedback. On this occasion, I am pleased to be writing you about one of your sales staff member, Igor. He is an expert in customer satisfaction. I had never leased a vehicle before, and became quite caught up in the process. Because of Igor's manner, I felt very comfortable with him. He worked very diligently to locate the vehicle I was interested in, and went far above what the Kia and Cadillac Dealers were doing for me. I had not totally made up my mind between a Chrysler 300C or a Cadillac STS, and it was Igor who was intrumental in me making the decision to Lease the Chrysler 300C. I am extremely pleased with my decision and the performance of the Chrysler 300C. It is even more than I expected. I am happy to be back as a customer of Bertera, as prior to owning my Cadillac, I was the owner of a Lincoln Town Car. The Bertera companies have always treated me with professionalism, and it is because of people like Igor that I will do business with you in the future. As the Manager of our office, I appreciate employees who are exemplary representatives of our business mission. They are the emissaries of our ideals and in most instances; the first contact prospective clients have with our office. It is imperative that they possess the qualities that best represent our personal ideals to the individuals we serve. Igor is that type of individual for your business, and I thought it as important to bring that to your attention. I have had wonderful experiences dealing with Bertera organization. Not only are your vehicles top classes, but your employees are as well. I mean that in all sincerity.
