Can I give a negative star? I have put up with them for years, internet and tv. Then directv came out, I fired Comcast cable tv immediately. Kept the internet tho since I dont have an option. Recently received the Oh, we accidentally charged you too little, so next month we'll correct that. We wont charge you for billing too little for so long though, LMAO. 15% increase in this economy? There is no doubt that GREEDY IDIOTS are running that company directly into the ground. Shareholders better wake up and get rid of those fools before it is too late. Now I have FIOS in my neighborhood, yep you guessed it, Comcast internet is FIRED! The lessons of being successful in business has gotten lost at the Ivy league business schools where GREED is the number one lesson. What ever happened to: provide a good service or product for a fair price and back it up with conviction? Oh that only works, cant have any of that. LOL! FIOS is greedy too so....... it probably wont be too long before they are fired too.
