Businiess name:  Straub Hyundai

Review content:
I had given up on dealerships all together and in 2008 decided to try again. I tried Straub's hoping for redemption, but they failed dearly. I purchased a Hyundai XG350L, salesman told me it was a collectors item, bla, bla, bla. In short, the vehicle broke down within a year, tried to get it fixed, Straub's wanted to charge $3,000.00 to fix it, took it to another shop, they didn't want to touch it, tried to trade it in, no one wanted it. Couldn't fix it, and no one wanted it. A dealership in Pitts. told me Straub's should never have even sold the car. Straubs told me it was a wire harness, but a second opinion told me it wasn;'t, but could not be fixed. I finally had a friend fix it for almost nothing, not $3,000.00 like straubs wanted to charge, it was not the wire harness, just ONE loose wire. Thanks Straubs for verifying that your dealership has got to be one of the worst in Wheeling. All a customer wants is honesty and reliability, thats it, its not rocket science!
