I used these guys for my kitchen counter tops (I did the entire remodel myself so it was a no-brainer) and things were fine, so I went back. BIG MISTAKE. This time, I wanted my master bath remodeled and didn't want to do the work so they set me up with a contractor. After two missed appointments (is a 6-hour window really that hard to keep???), I called it quits and got a really hard time about getting my deposit back ($200). Six months later and a charge back request from my credit card company, they finally refunded my money at the same time my card was refunded, so now at the end of all this, I owe them again plus postage for the check. So I am in the hole six months of frustration, a postage stamp, and still no work done on the bathroom. Do not go here unless you like to beg people to take your money.
