Ordered two graduation cakes with specific instructions. Cakes were to be ready for pick up by 8AM. I arrived at (9:30) - thank goodness I did not send someone else to pick up - both cakes were decorated incorrectly and one was not even complete when they brought it out for me to take home. No writing on it, no decoration, etc. What a disappointment! They said the instructions were not clear...after I reviewed the receipt (always take your receipt when you order) with them they said -oh it was clear! The owner was there and gave me a box of pasteries - I said I would prefer a credit of something for waiting and the errors and he said no- we fixed the problem. They still do not look great. They also did not seem to care that we had to wait 20+ minutes for them to finish decorating the cake. I am embarrassed to bring to my nephews' graduation party. No one at Konditor Meister seemed to know what the other was doing and the OWNER just does not want ANYONE to tell him the cakes do not look right! A real surprise...customer service was awful ...no apology, no sincere concern for the customer's wishes. Customer beware!!!
