Good: "Crazy" Charlie and the other guys that work in the shop remind me of Click & Clack from Car Talk! Good honest, upstanding, people who know what they are doing and always treat the customer with utmost respect! (Whether you are male, female, or even duck) "Crazy" Charlie won't lie to anyone and we need more business owners and mechanics in the world like that. No matter what issue your car is having you will get the truth, and in a kind way at that!. Bad: Price, but when talking about a car the price is never cheap! But other than that nothing!. Improvements: Can't think of anything that needs improvement!
My 1st experience with C&C was a few months back when My car was doing some weird thing with the engine or transmission and not switching gears properly. When Charlie took a look at my car and drove it around a while it never did what I said it was doing ... so he had me come back! He said it was running the way it was supposed to, but he looked at me and said I know you aren't lying so why don't we drive it together and see if we can crack down this issue!. Other: I looked at him puzzled and my mom did too! We took my car out and it never did it! I was so upset because it started doing it again later on he told me what to do if it did again and that if that worked to keep doing it, but if it didn't help to call him up and we would go from there! I was extremely surprised. When we left I told my mom that i liked him and that if I ever needed any help with my car again to go see him! He said he didn't want to work on my car until he was 100% sure what the problem was..
