Review content:
Metroflex Gym in Plano is a place where people serious about reaching their fitness goals can go. Greg, the owner of Metroflex, is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and weight training. After going to one of the big box gyms for five years and making little to no progress, I've been going to Metroflex and seen some great changes! The other members there are as serious about training too, and everyone seems to feed off of each others intensity, not to mention the tons of diet information you get from Greg and some of the others.
