Located right downtown and with a beautiful view of the river, this is the place to go for the best authentic Japanese food. The owner, Toshi, has another restaurant in Portland and set up shop in HR because he is an avid windsurfer and loves the town. The rolls are excellent (favorites are Gorge Roll, SST Roll, Spider Roll), as is the Vegetable Tempura and the Ginger Beef....and the Sesame Miso dressing that comes on the house salad is great too!
