My friend and I have a quest: to see Chinatown in every major city in the US. When we went to LA this month, we went to Chinatown on the “LA Grand Tour and Movie Stars’ Homes” tour with Los Angeles Sightseeing Tours. We got to see so many other great things in addition to Chinatown, and it was one of our favorite days there. This tour is a full day, and the best thing about it is that you will see things you would not have put on your own itinerary, but they turn out to be really cool. I wouldn’t have thought to go to a church, but the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels is absolutely amazing. You probably wouldn’t think that a train station was a great tourist site, either, but Union Station was very impressive. There is something for everyone, so it’s especially good to take this tour if you are with family or a large group where everyone has different interests.
