Review content:
The estimator called on a Sunday a.m. at 9:30 & wanted to measure house 90 minutes later. That should have been my first clue about inability to plan. Product (w/ 10% contingency) ordered; I still have 20% of product left over (read: WASTED MONEY on my part) after another company actually did the job. Why did another company do the work? Because when the Huskies crew (w/ limited personal protective equipment) went to lunch the first work day, they NEVER RETURNED. Did they communicate to me that they were not coming back? ... or, that the job was bigger than expected and might take an extra day? NO. They just left. Did not return phone calls... What else can I say? An awful experience, since I was in limbo, in a house w/ no furniture, animals boarding at the vet's... Again, I should have figured out there might be a problem when the installer called before 8 a.m. on a Federal holiday suggesting his workers had something better to do the day the work was originally scheduled.
