Review content:
This is a joke, not a restaurant. First of all, it took the waiter 20 minutes to approach us. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant and the rest of the place was empty, so I'm not sure what the reason behind it was. It also took forever to get my much needed drink at that point. Then when it came to the food, my mom ordered ribeye which was way overcooked. She only ate it because she was starving. When the waiter asked how it was, my mom said it was way overcooked. He never did ask what temperature she wanted it. His comeback was, oh, I forgot to ask you how you wan the steak done, so I just told the cook medium-well should do. Where in the heck did this guy learn how to wait tables? I have never dined anywhere where the waiter decided how you would like your steak cooked. Then my husband ordered a fritata with a side of bacon. The waiter specifically asked if he wanted bacon in the fritata or strips on the side and my husband indicated he wanted strips on the side. So, guess what, his bacon was chopped up in the frittata. Again, the waiter admitted it was his fault. Then a manager came over and said she would "knock a few bucks off" for the bacon mishap. If they are trying to be a nice restaurant, that's definitely not the way they should present themselved. And yes, there was something wrong with my meal, as well. I had harde boiled egg benedict, I mean eggs benedict. The eggs were very overcooked, the yolks were hard and there was a smear of hollandaise sauce. You could barely even see there was any sauce at all, had to look hard for it. All it all, aweful experience. Would never go back or let anyone else eat there. I don't like fast food, but honestly, would pick fast food over this place.
Pros: none
Cons: bad food, aweful service, overpriced
