All sales/service personnel at Blue springs Ford were pleasant and extremely helpful. I did not feel as though I were being "pushed" into a vehicle. Brandon answered all of my questions and moved at my pace, not his. This was very much appreciated and I would not hesistate to send him my referrals of family and friends. I had previous experience with the service department of Blue Springs Ford with another vehicle and very much look forward to another relationship with them with my new F-150. Thanks for everything!
