Review content:
I have been going to Dr. Kotch's office for over 15 years and can't say enough good things about them. They are punctual (which sometimes stinks because they have good magazines in the waiting room!) They are friendly, helpful, professional and Dr. Kotch excells in causing NO pain! I'm always amazed how he can administer novacaine to the gum line without hurting me! I now take my daughter to Dr.Kotch and I loved how they handled the first appointment for her - they show a funny video with a chimpanzee brushing their teeth to ease their anxiousness. They take it at the child's pace, which makes life so much easier for a parent.
