Their site has all available appointments online! Made decision making easier. Had lip/bikini wax which was expert and the staff person (o! what was her name?? really nice) took a LOT of care to make sure the lip was clean as possible after the wax. Absolutely not one skin irritation afterward - this is rare for me. I have sensitive, older-person skin. I will definitely return.
