We purchased a sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman for around $ 1200. Within about 6 months the fabric started to significantly fade-- only in spots. On all of the pieces!!! The furniture was in our living room on the north side of the house, so NO direct sunlight ever.. Furniture was used very little as we mostly are in our family room for casual use. Went to store to complain. Assured us it was under warranty. Owner came out to examine and acknowledged the defects in the fabric. He promised us he would take care it. A few days later, we got a MESSAGE LEFT on our phone, stating that the warranty did not cover the defective fabric. Fabric was made in China and they could not do anything about it. Needless, to say we are exploring other avenues to get the company to stand behind their false promises and low level of customer service. Bottom line, cheap goods and undelivered promises.!!! A total lack of professional integrity-- Shop elsewhere or possibly get burned like we did. RESPONSE to companies rebuttal: When the "company rep" came out to our house, he clearly represented himself as one of the owners of the company. He clearly stated that he and another person had initially started the company. Wow! What a "run a round" we were given. Apparently, More Dishonesty. We took him at his word. He saw the spots on our furniture but NEVER suggested that the furniture had been stained by us or a botched cleaning attempt. Keep in mind that spots developed on all pieces of the furniture in numerous locations. AND, WE HAVE NEVER CLEANED OR SOILED IT. The first time that we even heard the allegation that we had stained the furniture was in the companies response to our original posting. This company is not honest, does not keep their word or do the right thing. BEWARE. Cons: They do not stand behind their warranty.
