While cingular as a company is pretty decent, Customer Service is goign downhill. Perhaps they toke on some of the AT&T Employees that seemed clueless. The store itself is very nicely layed out, prices are as expected (high) unless your willing to commit to a 2 year service having to deal with that terrible customer service. The workers in this aprticular store, perhaps I caught them on a bad day, but the lady I delt with screwed up my account. Relocation ended me with a new 2 year contract (which 1 year was only left) and a whole new account number, as well as I'm now still recieveing bills from my old phone number. Overall Cingular is a great company, but their techs and customer service need some serious training!
