Businiess name:  Positano's Pizzeria
Review by:  Kristina M.
Review content:
OK, let me just start off by saying up front that Positanos, in my family's opinion, makes the best pizza in Fort Collins, bar none! Their hand tossed crust is thin, flavorful, and cooked perfectly (not too much so that it is crispy and dry). The toppings are also prepared fresh (try the meatball), and generous without overwhelming the flavor of the sauce - not too sweet, not too tart. We have served it to not only to local friends, but to out of town guests and family, and everyone that has tasted it thinks it is the best they have had. Even after to a trip to New York, after much taste-testing in a quest for the ultimate pizza, we had to agree that we could find one that beat Positano's ... and that was quite a compliment! The down side is their location ... not the ideal place, and parking can be a bit difficult. They recently started delivering in an effort to be competitive, but often it is quicker if you just pick up the pizza yourself.
