Xiomara is perhaps the finest dining experience in Pasadena, if not all of Los Angeles. The dishes are sublime -- tender beef, lamb, chicken, and fish sauteed, grilled, or cooked to perfection. The Lamb Shank in Iron Pot is partiuclarly memorable; it's a wonderful mix of lamb, vegetales, and flavors cooked deeply for hours in a sealed cast iron pot. Service is fantastic, except when they are a little bored and mull about too often. They shine on a buy night.
